- The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.

- The storage unit, in and of itself, is just the standard, usual drab unit. The customer service, however, was far from it. The staff that we had the pleasure of working with, on 2 separate occasions, were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond with better service than I believe I have really ever gotten before. There were 3 people I had contact with, and all 3 were helpful, kind and answered all my questions while volunteering extra info that I might find useful. Great place, and the units were clean. Also, 24 hr access was a necessity, and they offer that! So glad we came here =)
