- I feel the mandatory insurance fee, should be a person's choice to except it or not. Like car rentals do. This monthly charge really benefits the owners of this facility, not the renter. The amount you charge for the unit is rather outrageous! That being the case, any insurance should be included in your high priced units, without raising the units price to include insurance. I do appreciate the units cleaness.
