I've never encountered a storage facility with their level of professionalism across the board. It's great peace of mind knowing they are there. Facility: A The facility itself is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It's housed in a former Target, so all units are located indoors, and fully accessible with just one level and no stairs to navigate. There are multiple, secure entrances, and plenty of carts available for moving your property. As a former retail location, it's well-built and not as cheaply constructed as other purpose-built Cubesmart locations. Cost: F- The only drawback here is Cubesmart's customary aggressive rate hikes once you've moved in. Most recently, they jacked up their rates twice in less than ten months. Clearly they feel once you've moved in and ran through your introductory rate, you'll forget about your storage or won't want to deal with the inconvenience of moving, so they start the indecent price hikes as often as they can. Annual increases are understandable, two increases in less than a year is just greedy. For a short-term solution under an introductory rate, you won't do better than here. But get in, get out, and move on after that, or you'll be paying nearly double in no time.
