- it has been a very nice experience. However, I feel I should have been notified when the lock and door were changed on my storage unit. Instead, I had to drive back through the parking lot attempt turn left onto a busy street only to turn back into the unit just so that I could get into the office to get a key for the new lock. if I had known ahead of time, I would have taken care of that as soon as I had pulled in. An email would have been great!

- There was some miscommunication, about timing when moving in, which cost me a little more for the truck, I was renting to move my belongings and there was only one worker at the facility, which slowed down the process as well just waiting my turn. Aside from those two downfalls, the manager is super nice and the space and the facility was clean and very accurate as far as the the unit Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m renting and the size. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d still recommend this facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s one of the most cost sufficient locations within the city of Cleveland, Oh.
