First of all as soon as i opened the door Meredith stood up and said hi and welcome with this huge smile. She addressed both of us. It is very easy to speak to her. We felt that she was part of the family on how comfortable we were. To move on, never had any idea on condensation and all this other stuff. She was truly very knowledgeable.
