- I would normally do a review. I requested an indoor spot when I called customer service. Prior to calling I went online to do it myself annually. This was all done while in the process to move, the customer service from the rep was amazing he was really calming on my very stressful day and confirmed spaces for different location that would make me very comfortable with different location sites…that was awesome. I felt very reassured however I said I’d complete it when I stopped driving and actually booked for an outside entrance unit which I once again fell in love with. The size was so big and actually easier than trying to get things into the building. I was able to pull right up to the door me and my daughter unloaded in less then ten minutes and came back three times not even having to get a push cart or anything. I’m very happy with my very clean and dry storage unit. This is the winter and with heavy winds and standing in the unit it wasn’t cold at all. That also made it very easy to organize with out rushing and we still did it quickly.

- Mary was very nice to work with, and even got me moved closer to my home. One suggestion would be to have exit control work like entry control, and not just the compression switch in the pavement. It forces you to drive over to unit instead of walk. I tried to walk home, but I couldn’t get the gate to open. Had to wait til someone came to let me out

They set my family member up with a fob for access. No trouble what so ever. It is rare to have such helpful and responsive management these days and I was very impressed. They even gave us 3 storage bins for free to keep to help move stuff in. Can not say enough good things about them so far!
