Employee had to get management involved. After hour of BS, was given outdoor unit. Then hit w hidden insurance charge. I refused. Only then told homeowners could cover it. Hassle w that approval. Told I would get a discount for 2nd month for the trouble. Worker claimed no knowledge. Runaround from everyone.

- I had a small issue when trying to get into the unit. There was a tremendous amount of ice outside the freight elevator door and entrance door. The staff gave me a bag of salt but I had to do it myself. There was an existing lock on the unit so I also had to go back to the unit to get a key and then go back again to unlock it. Overall the unit was good and the staff friendly.
