They are understanding of my situation and try and help however they can, be it just listening to me vent even if it has nothing to do with storage, or making suggestion on options when I needed a 2ed storage unit, looking into a possibility of a leak in one unit (was not but something we keep eye on). It make storing my things I have left my life easier and I know they are secure and in good hands.
