- I do not recommend this place at all. Not sure why they offer online registration because when you get to the facility there are no signs telling you where you should go or where the entrance is. The whole purpose of this, is so things are convenient for those who cannot make it to the office. I lost a lot of money on my move in day as I came in after the office closed but could not get into my unit because of the lack of information given to me and the lack of proper signage at the property. I had to pay for helpers twice because of there lack of instructions. Then when I finally am able to get to my unit the next day. There was only 1 cart to help me offload. According the the Nataly at the front desk. She said they were too heavy for her to move. So me and my crew had to hall ass because I also got stuck w. a U-haul Truck for a 2nd day thanks to them. Let me not get started on Customer Support after hours.... THERE IS NONE. So, if you do online registration BEWARE. Go elsewhere. They obviously do not not the stress of moving as there LACK of customer service proves it.

- Stopped into Self Storage inquired about a unit, was asked it I wanted to view one, was shown a model unit and advised on pricing structure and how they could easily set me up on auto pay - paperwork was computerized and efficient - was in and out w/a unit in less than 1/2 and hour at a great price w/auto draft where I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to remember to log on each month and pay and they auto email me a monthly invoice/receipt. Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be easier - thank you Self Storage Management Team - your A+.

- The customer service was very helpful, friendly, and personal. I did not expect this from a storage provider. I am very unhappy about one aspect of the experience. The ability to utilize your own insurance is deceptive, archaic, and as a practical matter, impossible. When I called their corporate office, I was advised that all that was needed is a declaration page from the insurance provider. The facility manager however required that StorQuest be legally added to my homeownerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s insurance policy as an additional insured party. My insurance agent advised that this is a very bad idea and is highly discouraged because it gives StorQuest too many potentially detrimental legal rights to my policy. My insurance agent felt that it was just a ploy to discourage you from bringing your own insurance, so I wound up paying their relatively high insurance premium.
