Prime Storage increased the rental rate by $30/month, removed 24-hour access, and damaged my furniture when they installed a new lock system. I was ensured I would be notified of the lock change and receive my old lock back. I do not live in New York, however, months later when the lock system was changed I picked up the key and entered my unit to find my furniture damaged. I notified the office, they handed me a brochure and told me to file a complaint with the company on the brochure. I can't wait to move my belongings out of Prime Storage.
