- This Place is very clean, all the units have rolled up doors which I think are a bit more secure than a door that swings open. Unfortunately the units don't have anything closing them from . So if someone did want to go in there and get all the units they could go into every single unit from above. Also, not only can I see into the other unit but I can stick my entire arm in the unit next to me from inside of my unit. The staff was extremely helpful when above and beyond to make sure they called me cuz I booked online and they had to leave early so they made sure I had everything that I needed and explained everything to me. But unfortunately I will be checking out another place online to see what they offer in regards to the units being closed from the top.They are a bit pricier than other units but They do offer 24-hour access to the facility which other places do not. They also had a loading dock for trucks for large trucks which I've never seen all the storage unit before myself so something else I don't know if it sets them apart or that is something that that you and it's but I've never seen it. Thank you for your mercy

- I was one dollar short paying the rent one month, I did not realize until the GM called to tell me. I asked if I could just pay the extra dollar on the next month, and was told that would be okay. One week later began the harassing texts, emails and calls calling my payment late. They cut my lock, and threatened eviction because of one dollar (following five of on time payment), I was charged a late fee, and a cut lock and replacement fee. They call on the fourth of the month threatening late fees, if they don't have payment, apparently no grace period.
