- Everything was very good -- service, timing, etc. Only thing missing was a cart for getting the boxes to the second floor. The staff helped us find a grocery cart and borrowed a small wheeled cart and we got the job done. They facility should keep more than one cart and at least one stored/secured for check out. Bummer that someone kept the cart/didn't return it!

- Would highly recommend this place. I went through a pretty rough time in the year-and-a-half I had a storage unit there and these guys always seem to have my back. I always felt like my things were safe and secure their and everyone was always extremely friendly and extremely helpful if you're choosing a storage unit in Grass Valley choose this one.

- I moved in here and the access hours were normal, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Shortly after I moved in they changed the hours to 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On top of that, they close up a little early some evenings. My rent didn't go down, even though my access did! I complained and was told that there was nothing that could be done, and I could move if I wanted. I said great, refund my $29 fee I paid to move in then! And they refused.
