- I just want to say that Heather the property manager is so nice, friendly and very helpful. She made my whole experience with renting the storage unit as well as the paperwork for registration for the unit also with making sure that the unit would work for my storage needs, so easy and Pleasant. As well as I love the fact of that the facility is very clean and we'll taken care of as well as that for myself being a double amputee of the legs it is very easy to get to and from my storage unit as well with the hours that the storage units are available to be accessed. But most of all I would have to say that it came down to the fact that the staff is so nice, friendly and helpful an the facilities security measures as well as it being clean and mostly the pricing. So in clothing I would definitely give them a Five Star rating as well as recommend to other people that if you need a storage unit to definitely go see or call Heather at PUBLIC STORAGE on the mall road in ROCKAWAY New Jersey.

- I waited for 30 minutes to check in, they said the system was slow and when I tried to enter it took a few more minutes because the attendant gave me the wrong gate code and it rained a lot when I tried to enter the code, I got all wet!! the attendant opened it manually and at the exit we also couldn't find out which code was wrong.

- The customer is drawn in by the promotion rate of $1 for the first month which is great but the downside of this is the access times from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. for those of us that work prior to 6 and don't get off until five or six in the evening it makes it hard to hurry up and rush and get there so sometimes you need to access the place after 9 o'clock. So I believe 24-hour access should be mandated because we are paying for the storage facilities
