- There is no human customer service on -site, and that wasn't communicated. What's worse, there's very bad reception in that area, so completing the reservation over the phone was not easy.
In general, I had zero knowledge of what to expect on site. My movers had to leave when it took long to figure out the facility.
In addition, I was recommended a very large storage unit, despite the fact that I told the rep I only have a few items. A rep on the phone refused to transfer me to a supervisor to discuss this.

- Place seems fine...1st month free however they include a one time fee making it about the same cost as a month's rent. They also require your to get their insurance which is more then half the cost of monthly rent and doesn't cover most of the things you would be concerned with in a storage unit with the exception of a forced entry theft. No 24 hour access with isnt that big a deal but for someone like me who works overnights is a little annoying. Lastly the late fee is also most the cost of a month's rent which is wild especially when office hours are limited and you have to pay in person.

- There are things that could be done to improve the facility, like fixing the bathrooms, and I would prefer to use the access code without having to exit my car, but those are minor concerns against the value of the facility. Overall it is very satisfactory, especially for the price.

Finding and renting trusted self-storage facilities in Wilton, New Hampshire is now easier through MoversCorp. Compare options and rent storage near you with just a few clicks. We provide the convenience of reserving affordable storage units online or by phone. No credit card or long-term contract is required. Consider us as your solution for finding and reserving a storage facility throughout New Hampshire, including options for mini storage units and storage containers to suit a variety of needs. The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Wilton, New Hampshire.
- Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.
- For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.
- Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.
- Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.
- Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.
- The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.
- Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
- Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.
- Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.
- Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.
- Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
