- We have been 4 times in one week, and each time the office was closed so we could not get a dolly or truck to move our items in, since they need to be signed out. We had to wait an hour the first time (the fire alarm went off and the fire department showed up while we were waiting) and 2 other times we left with a full truckload to try again later. One time we just used the loading dock and carried everything by hand to the locker down a few corridors. The last time (Sunday) we had furniture to move and the parking lot was closed due to being paved. So again we had to leave with a full truck and hope it didn't get rained on and also had to reschedule with the people we paid to come with us. We are moving in pieces since we are selling our house and clearing as we go. Its a very clean place and the people we have been able to deal with are great, but it is extremely frustrating to show up during office hours and not have hand trucks or carts available. I understand that they may be short staffed and have to leave for lunch and other duties, but it would be helpful to know when those times are so we can avoid showing up when there is no one at the office.
