- The set up and introduction with Joanna were great. She was informative and helpful, thourough at her job and personable. The incident tonight does not reflect on her customer service. The first night being tonight that I planned to take 2 fully loaded vehicles to my unit were not acceptable. I arrived and woman ahead of us stated she wasn't able to get into the gate. Said she tried calling and went to Joanna's voicemail. I informed her the office was closed at 6. I tried the gate as well and it didn't open. The key pad was dated 5/18/19 10:45pm and that struck us both odd. The inside gate code box was dated 5/20/19 with time 6:25 and was accurate. I called and left Joanna a message as it rang but no answer and no follow up call to my message. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as this being my first experience with my purchased unit. And preparing to unload 2 vehicles wasting both of our time to come and utilize the unit. The other woman was just as disappointed. I hope this is resolved and compensated in a timely fashion to continue to utilize this brand new contract with your company and not a leave a great first impression.

When I came in to sign papers and see the unit I was greeted by the same woman (sorry, I don't remember her name). She was wonderful and took all the time needed to answer my questions. Lucky someone was in the office , eating lunch ? he did not know a thing about the place , 2 hrs new . Get code and location of unit . Light in unit dim , get 2 loads of stuff in unit , step in something on floor . Unit never cleaned, grease / goo/ ??? Is on the floor . Great , now all over my boots , fantastic !! Elevators dirty not vacuumed . Was told employee needed to wax the floors so I may not be able to get to my unit ( do that on off hours ) bathroom dirty ; one would have guessed before employee leaves it would be cleaned ?? This was 5-5:30pm . If you want Robot Storage , this is the place !
