- It's fine, just don't like the hours of operation for the gate. It should be up to 12 midnight. Because when you are trying to put your stuff in the unit you have to rush to get in the gate. We are trying to move on our own, because we can't find anyone to help us because of the virus.

- This is a horribly run company. Dont ever lose your key, as you will be relentlessly punished. Its been 10 days since i reported losing the keys and i have heard nothing! Basically its only one person who can cut the lock amongst many district! That is unacceptable ! I sent an email on the corp site and have not heard back from it. I also called cust service and they gave me a district managers and it goes only to a voicemail, so i havent been able to talk to her. Alone from all the fees that are not on the website when you get there after you book it. Do yourself a favor and go elswhere.
