- The front desk lady was nice and professional and the facility was clean but i don't like that I reserved the unit thinking that my first month would be $1 (as it was advertised all over the website) but when I actually showed up ready to move in and ended up having to pay almost $80 (far from $1)...There was "required" insurance fees, some sort of processing fee, plus I "had to" get a lock, which was thrown in at $19 (I didn't figure out until later that purchasing their lock was optinal because it sure didn't feel optional). I felt very deceived...I understand that it's a sales business but having costumers show up with all their belongings ready to move in and then throwing all of the extra fees in, so that the customer feels trapped between accepting the fees and wasting time looking for something else is not right....I will not rent here again.
