- This is an average storage unit facility. Not awful and definitely not great. They tend to increase rates yearly and you can be paying more for your unit than if you go online and sign up for a new unit. Place is kept fairly clean. My unit had leaked in the past and i believe it was fixed but took more time than it should have. I have had my lock go missing. I also have had a staff member place a red lock on my unit by accident which was pretty inconvenient. When i have had an issue with my unit and make a phone call to the office I am always told they will call me back but they have never followed through. I have always had to call again. My unit is on auto pay and once my CC had expired and i hadnt realized it and they would not remove the late fees they charged. I paid as soon as i realized that the charge had not hit my card. I have been a tenant for about 7 years simply due to the location.
