- I was treated very badly on the day of moving in and again when I visited to take some items, I felt so bad I moved out after only a week. The two boys were so rude and disrespectful. They behaved as if I was the first African American they ever meant. They were so ignorant. Black people beware. I waited for more than 30 minutes before one the boys came to unlock my space, I was humiliated. Very unfair for anyone to treat senior citizen like that. The gentleman that referred me to the facility was very nice to me May God bless him( he was the first I talked to on the phone about storage.).

The desk representative was polite and made sure I understood the contract and what I would receive and also what was my responsibility. The place was super clean and I was given a "walk through" as to the entrance, parking (inside for "loading and unloading") using the provided carts, elevators and exiting markers.You do not have to get out of your car to enter a code.
