Review: I would of given this facility 5 stars. However, on move in day I was unable to access the loading dock which made my move in take a little longer. Also the language barrier was a battle. The initial gentleman I spoke with I believe misinformed Me about the $7.95 fire insurance coverage. I believe this is optional according to the contract but he stated I must accept this charge. Waiting to see how this is handled. Other than that all is well.

Review: I only put my stuff there because I'm on a time crunch. When I arrived the price had doubled and the dude at the counter didn't understand anything I said and I just gave up and paid. If I'd have known I was going to come in in the morning and see roaches everywhere (not necessarily in my unit, just all over the facility) I would have kept looking. I'm going to do everything in my power to make my stay there as short as possible.

Review: This is the best storage facility to use you have 24 hr access and unlike prime storage, you don't have to worry about your unit being broken into and all your stuff robbed and then offer you a little pissy ass check that doesn't cover my grandma's ashes they spilt everywhere nor her jewlery that I can get back! Never use prime storage always go with this place please

Review: ABC's marketing is deceptive. Their website and associates marketing partners list their promotional prices as their regular prices, so when you arrive, you will learn that your rate for month two and beyond is double what you expect to pay. Also, if you want to use the cart you pay...insurance is required...an administrative fee is collected up front. On the upside, this storage is all indoors and climate controlled. You have 24/7 access to your belongings, and that may come in handy when you find a better deal elsewhere. I won't be staying long, and I won't recommend this facility.

Review: The office area was a little weird and hard to find. When you walk in, it’s just silent and there’s no people but when you find the office it’s fine and easy to rent. Moving into the storage unit was easy as well.

Review: The building has been renovated and clearly had another use, but the storage lockers are new and locks are available. The manager was very friendly and efficient. He knows the system well and I feel like his prices and policies are fair. For instance, insurance is typically required in storage facilities, but Bo reimbursed the insurance fee with evidence that our homeowner's insurance had adequate coverage. Never had that happen before. The process was simple.

There is video surveillance of the area and the property manager helped show us the easiest location to enter for unloading. The price was great compared to others in the area.
