- The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff made a quick and easy transaction. I think the storage unit is a little pricey but is in the same realm as their competition. The location we are at needs to rethink the gate and add more parking to the front entrance so we are not waiting in the middle of the Main Street to go into the gate. The keypads should be easy accessible while still in your vehicle without having to get out all the time. I do like the way the storage unit's locks are designed and secure.
