- The Main Access Gate is broken and I called for help but just got a voicemail but I do understand by it being a major holiday but I needed immediate help. But thankfully another customer alerted me, that the gate was broken and directed me to use the gate furthest down which I did. So I did find my storage unit and moved in. I'm very impressed with how the storage units are well kept and I had no trouble with unlocking my unit. I'm just a little frustrated that the company never indicated the gate wasn't working and to use the other one. Thank you.
