- Me and my wife dropped off our trailer in the evening hours and noticed some of the units have homeless people living in them. We've gone out and found gates wide open to anyone. Fence surrounding facility damaged.oh and your rent goes up after being there awhile. They do have issues with junk/wrecked vehicles on property. I don't recommend anyone to rent from this company. I searching for a trustworthy company.

- Gate code did not work. Sat in near dark waiting for a return phone call that I NEVER DID get. Was told there would be a lock inside Unit....there was none! The fact that I am a 75 yr old handicapped woman, I LOADED MY CAR to move in....then had to UNLOAD it because I had to transport a 80 and 90.yr old couple. The the next day I had to REPACK the car in hopes one of the TWO gate EMERGENCY codes ,given the SECOND day would work. Why the person I spoke to The first night didn't have that information is above and beyond me! VERY dissatisfied with all the extra work I had todo..extra trip I had to make...no lock as promised! Terrible communications...and apparent disregard for Customer they got my money!!

- I was disappointed to find the unit was full of spider webs, and some dirt. It has mouse holes in it, but there were no signs of mouse traps. The customer service was excellent. Truthfully, I will refer this unit to my family and friends it the unit is cleaned prior to move in. One of my movers said if they clean the unit he will rent one because it will be closer to his house.
