- Customer service was OUTSTANDING! I remember that day as very chaotic as a move generally is. I called very close to closing as I was in GREAT NEED to move my things to a storage facility ASAP. Well, I explained my situation to Kimberly and she was gracious enough to stay till I got there which was over 35 mins after closing!! WOW. That was just phenomenal service and she had gone above and beyond the call of duty and I was truly grateful! Price was a little higher per month than I had wanted to pay, but the service WELL made up for that! I would DEFINITELY recommend CUBE SMART on Forest Hills Road! FIVE STAR SERVICE! - My only 2 complaints are the added costs that were sprung on me at the move in. There was no mention that was easily displayed on the website when I made the reservation. The insurance required was not made known until check in. Also the need to have my own lock came as a surprise. When the manager called me a few days before to confirm the move in date, it would have been nice for her to asked me if I had both of those items. Very disappointed that those 2 additional items were needed.
