- I am so happy with this choice of facility. It is well-managed and after completing the initial paperwork, you can easily access the storage unit from 6am-10pm. The storage units are in a secure and temperature-regulated facility. The only thing to be aware of is there are some hidden costs - an admin fee as well as a special lock you have to buy. But both are one-time purchases disclosed to you before you complete the agreement.

- Office personnel were lovely to work with in person . The on line document manager did not complete the paperwork properly, so I did have to go in person ahead of the move. The unit was clean when I moved in however the door was bent and the latch took a lot of manipulation to get the door closed. I would recommend more wholeheartedly if the mentioned items were remedied .
