- I had a great experience with the woman who helped me. I'm giving four stars because I didn't feel completely safe there once alone inside the storage facility. As a young woman, safety is very important to me, and I will not return there alone to go to my unit. I will only ever bring my boyfriend, especially in the evenings. While it is gated, it is off in its own area, and that makes me nervous. That is the only reason I deducted a star.
