- I found that the web site was user friendly and I easily reserved my Storage spot with my designated Size. The following day Wesley the manger called me and left me a voice mail. I then went into the Storage facility and Wesley was thorough and patient as he explained the process to me. He also showed me the unit via his golf cart and in fact showed me additional units based on my interest and size needed. I felt that Wesley exemplified excellent Customer Service and went out of his way to assist me in making my decision.

- There are so many annoying fees that they don't advertise... $25 administrative fee, $20 for a lock, required monthly insurance with the lowest option being $11/month, plus rediculously priced storage packaging (i.e. Plastic bags, boxes). I recommend buying packaging elsewhere. It's so misleading when they advertise that a unit is a certain price per month, and in reality, it can be 25% more expensive. Also, they are advertising an online special where the first month is $1, but you might as well not even have that, because you pay so much in upfront fees.
