- Amazing customer service. First of all, absolutely no bugs detected in this storage unit like I have experienced in the past. Furthermore, Jason was extremely helpful with a ton of information regarding pricing, operations, and scheduling, and went above and beyond his job to even provide me with his personal straps to secure one of my (pickup truck) loads when removing items from my storage (as my load was not close to being safe without a strap). Recognizing my hands were full, he would remotely open facility entry doors for me to allow my transitions to become easier and faster. Also, when I informed Jason of being pressed for time in removing my items before the next monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment deadline, he worked his magic to allow me an extra day to move my stuff and not get stuck with another monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s bill. - Office personnel were lovely to work with in person . The on line document manager did not complete the paperwork properly, so I did have to go in person ahead of the move. The unit was clean when I moved in however the door was bent and the latch took a lot of manipulation to get the door closed. I would recommend more wholeheartedly if the mentioned items were remedied .
