- Didn't tell me about the added cost of insurance until I got there. I signed up for a promo that said if I reserved online, I'd get the moving truck for free. Since the truck fee was changing the following week, the lady at the front desk said I would have to pay at least $40.00 to get the truck. Since I signed up while the offer was valid, I should have gotten loaned the truck. Couldn't ask for the truck to move that day because it was pouring rain. My unit was supposed to be $50.00/month. The cheapest insurance they forced onto me made it $62.00/month for a 5 by 10.

- Amazing customer service. First of all, absolutely no bugs detected in this storage unit like I have experienced in the past. Furthermore, Jason was extremely helpful with a ton of information regarding pricing, operations, and scheduling, and went above and beyond his job to even provide me with his personal straps to secure one of my (pickup truck) loads when removing items from my storage (as my load was not close to being safe without a strap). Recognizing my hands were full, he would remotely open facility entry doors for me to allow my transitions to become easier and faster. Also, when I informed Jason of being pressed for time in removing my items before the next monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment deadline, he worked his magic to allow me an extra day to move my stuff and not get stuck with another monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s bill. There are cameras located in and around the building and a monitor is located behind the front counter so the staff can easily see it.
