- Didn't tell me about the added cost of insurance until I got there. I signed up for a promo that said if I reserved online, I'd get the moving truck for free. Since the truck fee was changing the following week, the lady at the front desk said I would have to pay at least $40.00 to get the truck. Since I signed up while the offer was valid, I should have gotten loaned the truck. Couldn't ask for the truck to move that day because it was pouring rain. My unit was supposed to be $50.00/month. The cheapest insurance they forced onto me made it $62.00/month for a 5 by 10.
