Why Trust Movers Corp

Movers Corp has been around since 2012. Thousands of consumers around the country used the company's moving and storage services. This is how our team establishes a trusting relationship with our customers.

We write a lot of how-to guides that show you what to do and how to prepare for a move. And here is a hilarious guide to what not to do when hiring movers.
What You Shouldn't Do When Moving

Storage and moving containers are a great option for temporary extra storage or out-of-state moves. If you decide to rent one, check out this guide for loading and packing a mobile container.
How to Pack a Container

Some moving companies may offer a flat rate for their packing and moving services. But in general, the total amount of local moves is calculated based on the number of movers and hours worked.
How Much Does a Local Move Cost?

Some furniture must be taken apart and reassembled before moving. Professionals are skilled in disassembling and reassembling, but should you do it yourself or let the professionals handle it?
Furniture Disassembly

When the movers leave, the move is not finished. The first few days in a new home affect how smoothly things work later. This stage includes checking for hidden damage, making sure utilities and services work, and updating records linked to your address. Skipping these steps can lead to billing issues, repair delays, or daily hassles. This guide explains what to do after moving in so you can settle faster and avoid preventable problems.
After You Moved In

Many affordable moving companies are available, but you should approach them carefully. Moving is a big life event, not something to gamble on. Budget-friendly options can save you money, but make sure the company meets your state's licensing and insurance rules. For example, check if they are registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation or meet your state's consumer protection standards. These steps can protect you from surprise costs or problems, like damaged belongings or broken contracts.

Review
Phenomenal customer service. Call center has clear, understandable, English speaking representatives. When there is an issue related to a specific location, they get the local unit manager in touch with you (either through text or phone. Access to the units is easy and user friendly (gated with a pin-pad entry- most things can be done online, without having to interact with another person, if you so choose) and the Lakeside(AZ) facility is in a good neighborhood (feels safe, is quiet and clean). I now have two 10x20 units with this company (one for business and one for personal) and am very happy with the accommodations and service. Matt, Jose, and Denise have all been great local contacts. I would highly recommend this company.

The cheapest storage unit in your area may not always be the best choice. Please consider the following factors when selecting a storage unit in Pinetop, Arizona.

  • Monthly rates are based on features such as 24/7 access, climate control, facility security, location, and overall demand in your area.

  • For household goods, the most common storage unit sizes are 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, and 10X15. For added flexibility, some companies also offer portable mini storage units for rent for temporary residential use that can be delivered to your property or hauled by you for on-site storage.

  • Many facilities offer larger unit sizes for commercial and business storage, like 10x20 or 10x30. These sizes are ideal for storing office equipment, inventory, or business records. These sizes can also accommodate vehicles, making them a great option for car storage.

  • Most storage facilities require insurance for stored items. If you don’t have your own policy, you may need to buy one through the facility, adding about $15 to $50 to your storage rental cost each month. Some places also charge a refundable deposit or an administrative fee when you move in. Always ask about these costs and refund conditions before signing a lease.

  • Storage facilities with flexible leases allow you to rent on a month-to-month basis. Be aware that storage unit price increases are common. Many customers say their rates go up after a few months, sometimes more than once a year. Since storage rentals are month-to-month, facilities can raise prices with proper notice. Ask about potential rate increases before committing to a unit.

  • The monthly rent will also depend on whether a facility offers climate-controlled units or only drive-up units. Climate-controlled units cost more than drive-up units or storage containers.

  • Most locations have digital keypad access, which provides you with your personal access code. Check with the office for availability.
  • Consider drive-up access for easier loading and unloading, especially for heavy or bulky items.

  • Some facilities may provide extra room or rental space for public use, such as areas for organizing or handling your stored items. Contact the property manager to confirm availability.

  • Check for online reviews and recommendations. Local experts can guide renters to facilities that stay available and maintain reliable service during peak demand.

  • Ask the office about the preventive security measures for safeguarding the location. Facilities with experienced staff often maintain stronger daily oversight by monitoring access logs and responding quickly to tenant concerns.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?

You have easy access to your unit when it is an outdoor unit. If the unit is indoors, you must first enter the building to get to it.

What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The property's operating hours are during office hours. The store manager will be on duty to help you with your questions. If you have questions or need help outside these hours, look up the property's phone number to contact the leasing office directly. The gate hours determine when you can enter the property and use your unit.
