- The call center was helpful but not very knowledgable about the properties and procedures. We arrived at the facility around 9pm and couldn't believe what we saw!! The front units looked to be burned out and the rest appeared to worn down and rusted. There were boarded up units all along the road from what we could see and all of the streetlights were out and appeared that they were shot out or broken! The facility had a nice new gate that guarded what looked like a post apocalyptic video game set. No way would I ever pay to put my belongings in one of those death traps!! The last thing you need in a move is this!
