- I had two storage units in this facility. They increased the price on both of them within about six months. I turned in my smaller unit and kept the bigger climate-controlled unit. They increased the price of it again by $24. Two price increases in one year. I will be turning in my second unit shortly. Not fair to customers with longevity. Would not recommend.

My wife located this place (which was much more expensive than Many others) so she reserved it.. In the mean time, I located one at Extra Space Storage that was half the price of Azalea storage. When I called to explain to the folks at Azalea, the old man that runs the place told me that he had already charged my credit card and would not talk about a refund.. He would not even give me a name or contact number to Anyone I could talk to.. This storage facility is Over priced and the people that run it should have retired YEARS AGO...
