How soon do I need to schedule my move?
Reservation is based on availability. In order to ensure the desired day, place your order as soon as possible. Usually, the weekends and the end of the month are peak times in the moving industry.
Are Movers licensed and insured?
Some Movers are, some Movers are not. Please check the Movers' profiles for insurance and licensing information. If the Movers are licensed, they will publish their license information (USDOT#) in their profile. Movers Corp does not insure or protect Customers or Movers.
Are Movers employees of Movers Corp?
No, they are not. They are moving services providers in their areas.
Do you service my area?
Movers Corp offers moving services in all 50 States, simply enter your zip code to find Movers in your area.
Do movers assemble/disassemble furniture?
Most of the Movers do. Click on the Movers' profiles to see all provided services. It is also recommended to ask all necessary questions before the moving day. For more information refer to Furniture Disassembly and Assembly
Do Movers hook/unhook appliances?
Movers will handle the major appliances' transportation, but usually you need to hook/unhook your household appliances for the move. Since under the State laws, most of the Movers are not allowed to temper with gas appliances. For more information refer to Preparing and Moving Appliances

Included Equipment (no extra charge)
Professional protection of all furniture using moving blankets and tape. Heavy-duty moving blankets are used, and it is done to make sure that none of the furniture gets scratched up or chipped. Basic Movers Liability Insurance. Disassembly and reassembly. We can take apart any beds, closets, L v-shaped desks, or any extra large shelving. Not only this service is included, but the guys will also have all the necessary tools with them on the day of the move to perform this task. Dollies, hand trucks, door props, tools, liftgate or a ramp-equipped truck, as well as a few other things that are included and make the moving process fast and easy.
