In general, I had zero knowledge of what to expect on site. My movers had to leave when it took long to figure out the facility. In addition, I was recommended a very large storage unit, despite the fact that I told the rep I only have a few items. A rep on the phone refused to transfer me to a supervisor to discuss this.

- The attendant we had help get our storage bin and contract in place was a peach of a person. There was a pretty long line of folks she was helping and she did an awesome job. My only complaint was the fence was broken on one of the sides and there was a huge pile of refuse overflowing a small trash bin. Everything else was great. Thank you for great service!
