While signing contract and getting unit went fine, when we came the next day to drop off stored contents, our code did not work. Calling the # and asking for emergency contact with the mgr did nothing. Able to access only when another person came. Complained to mgmt next day and they recognize their on-call service needs to be fixed as well as the code entry software. Based on this, I would not recommend as this should have been prevented.
