- I chose this facility because it is close to my old house and close to where I hope to live. Leaving the facility and making a left turn onto Martin Way can be a challenge. I have a 10x5 unit and I can drive my car right to the unit for easy loading and unloading.

- For an older storage unit, it is clean with a freshly painted floor. Security appears to be strong with fence, gates, cameras and a live in on premises person.

- I believe this storage facility has the customers best interest at heart. Here is 1 example; I'm legally blind. And while the truck was being unloaded a member of the staff took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing before I signed anything. Even though I had family with me, I thought it was a nice touch that she took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable.

- I think this facility is very nice but I am disappointed that we have to personally go to the office every month to pay and they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t send reminders or have online bill pay.

- I believe in Customer Service. The lady in the office Stacy made everything simple. Super Friendly. Service with confidence and a smile. They are nothing super fancy. but I just need to store my stuff... no elaborate extra fees or stress and I like that!

- Diane is an angel! I loved every second of working with her on the phone and in person. She explained everything to me clear as day and made me feel comfortable with signing the lease agreements. No hassle, worry free experience. I also love how convenient both locations are off the main road. Thank you Dianne and Storageland Hawks Prairie!

- I called to reserve a storage space, and in two hours had my paperwork done, a free lock, and had been to our new storage unit. I was amazed how nice the lady was in the office and that how easy it was to get a unit. I would recommend StorageLand!

- quick and helpful with locating unit since it was not onsite. that was a little disturbing since I live between the two sites and was fully loaded and had to drive out of my way to pay for the storage before dropping the load off my truck.

- We just needed a space for a studio amount of boxes and small furniture. The unit we have is part of what looks like an addition to a more traditional looking group of larger storage units. So they filled up the extra space with rows of individual units similar to something you would buy at a home improvement store. That's totally fine. Area is gated. Unit is freshly painted and clean. So far so good.

- Confusion with how I was supposed to complete my reservation when I booked online. The representative at the office was very friendly, but was not familiar with the Hawks Pairie layout and was unaware that there were zip ties on the latches of the vacant units. This created a little challenge of getting into the unit.

- If it wasn't for the staff and how friendly and helpful they are, and promptly returning my messages, I probably wouldn't rent here again. For the unsecure, no staff lives on site and the little storage space they call an office sucks and no one is ever there. The amount of rent is too high for the unsecure location and the shabbiness of the storage units. Also I like to be able to get to my things any time I want and 7:00 am to 8:00pm doesn't do it for me!! I work during day and have to take care of my house duties and by the time thats done its close to 8:00 pm. But the Staff in the main office is great and so i will continue to store my things there!

- Staff is friendly and helpful , unit clean and was easy for large truck to get to, Door latch was hard to slide open and it needs a pull rope to close door down to high up for short people to reach. When reserving online and unit is not at office location, confirmation needs to inform no office there and you that you have to go to office before going to unit. Would feel more secure if someone lived on site. Overall is good and will recomend to others

- I 'm having to move into a space that was dirty with trash on the floor of the unit. It wasn't swept out. So I will have to move items in and remove them to clean the floor.
