Review: I reserved my unit in Sept 2021 and was assisted by two staff members (a woman and a young man that recently started). Both were very helpful and professional. They were also very patient in helping me understand which size unit I needed. The facility was very clean and allowed access from 3 difference entrances. I had great experiences both times I had to engage with employees.

Review: I can't remember the associate's name but it certainly isn't due to her being unforgettable. She was very polite, professional and answered all my questions before I asked them. She had to walk up a hill outside while it was 90 degrees with high humidity and did it all with a smile. She treated me as if I was her only customer for the day, I never felt rushed and she took her time to make sure I understood all the rules and exactly what I was being charged. An outstanding employee, GIVE HER A RAISE!

Review: From the time we’re connected with Tracey, to the time we visited the unit itself and dropped of our stuff, we only had great experience. Review: It is such an honor and pleasure that I get the opportunity to write this review for the management and staff employed at the LifeStorage, 16744 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Dumfries, VA 22026. During my 24 years of military services, I have used numerous storage facilities. I was in a rush and running out of time to locate a storage location. I contacted Ms. Tracey Roston who was patient and genuinely concerned, helpful and nice. She took time out of her schedule to ensure that all my needs were fulfilled. I can honestly say that Tracey and Molley are the most amazing individuals that I have come across. They go far above and beyond what is expected, ensuring that clients / customers are satisfied. I would strongly recommend this location for anyone needing a storage facility. You will be amazed at the kindness and prices are just great! In closing let me say that Tracey and Molley are SIMPLY THE BEST! Their personality and kindness are infectious. Thank you both for your SUPPORT.

Review: We were looking for the best deal on a climate controlled storage unit, and found life storage! All the boxes checked for what we were specifically looking for, and the on site staff was super helpful! They took care of things so well in spite of covid, and their no contact protocol was superb. Definitely recommend this place if your looking for a great clean storage unit.

Review: We recently moved from Extra Space storage (next to Life Storage) because their rates edged up from $115/month for a 10x10 space to $193!! We will save $1200 a year by moving into Life Storage. I cannot say enough about Anthony and his thoughtful, empathetic approach to customer service and pricing. I truly felt supported by him from the day I began the process of reserving to move-in. Highly recommend! My only issue is that I wish they had a moving van we could rent. More and more storage companies are doing this, and it would've made our move-in that much easier.

Review: I can’t sing the praises of Anthony and his facility enough! Every unit is “ground level” because the faculty is cleverly situation on a hill. So no elevator use which is so helpful. I had made an online reservation for two 5 x 10 units erroneously thinking that would be equal to a 10 x 20 unit (it’s not). The manager saw us unloading the vehicle and graciously came in to welcome us while I was in mid panic. His calm and helpful demeanor was so welcomed. He came with us to look at the units I had reserved then knowing I was in a hurry gave us another unit nearby that was the size I needed and offered for me to do the paperwork after I got situated. He made the process of filling out the paper so simple. He’s pleasant and welcoming and calming to my already frayed nerves. The facility was the cleanest I’ve ever been to and I’m so thrilled I chose them to store my belongings.
