- Storage facility is clean and well designed. Site manager Brian is wonderful, attentive and ready to assist. There are plenty of hand carts available, which is important. I highly recommend Storage Sense.

- The facility was very clean and organized. The man who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint, the first floor is actually the second floor. I had booked a unit not wanting to have to go to a different floor, but otherwise, it was a very good experience.

- Renting storage space with Storage Sense has been great so far. Both people at the counter both days I needed office help were GREAT with customer service, response time was excellent, I received emails and phone calls when I called and left a message, and accessibility to the space was easy and efficient. I also feel really safe accessing my stuff during all the access hours.

- Easy to sign up for storage unit online and check in upon arrival. We chose a Sunday move so were limited to an hour when storage office opened and deadline to return rental van - tight but it worked out.

- I was all set to move into my unit on May 9 with a confirmed reservation which was time sensitive since my roommates were leaving that day. We woke up at 4:30 and we at the facility by 6:30 ready to move our belongings but were greeted by the message on the pin pad "see manager". We figured we would wait until staff arrived at 11, but then we saw a sign posted that it was mother's day and no one would be working. As a result we were unable to move in on the day promised which has posed a massive inconvenience.

- I am making a reservation for a friend who is moving here from Florida. She has furniture she needs to store. I found the manager to be very professional and helpful. I think the price is good, and it is delightful that it is a brand new facility.

- I highly recommend this wonderful facility! From the first phone call I made I have been met with amazing customer service. William W. went above and beyond to help me from the initial inquiry phone call, to the tour, the paperwork, the process, etc. He made me feel so at ease during the entire process. The pricing is fair for what is offered since the storage unit is climate controlled. They have these massive carts that you can load your stuff on a roll it to the elevator if need be depending where your unit is located. They also have dollies if needed. I had some large furniture and I was able to fit it all in the elevators. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a new facility and super nice. It is located right at the intersection at route 20 and 250 at Pantops. If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re looking for a storage unit, look no further. Go to Storage Sense at Pantops and check them out!
