Review: Great price for 10x 10 unit. Had elevator. Unit was clean. Common areas could use some cleaning. Office staff very nice. Concerned able dolly availability. Had to be checked out from office during office hours.

Review: I moved our things from another storage unit to GoStoreIt and it was a very positive experience. Jessica, who runs the office, was extremely friendly and helpful. And all of their units are climate controlled, which is a huge plus. An employee at the previous facility told me that I wouldn't need a climate controlled unit because I wasn't storing antiques. Unfortunately, I learned that some of our things had molded in the time they were stored there. I'm confident that our items won't be damaged at GoStoreIt and it the price is reasonable, especially when compared with other storage facilities around town.

Review: I was so relieved to find an available storage unit close to home and at the last minute. Storage, like everything, has gone UP! but the unit is new, so it was very clean. It was easily accessible, though another cart or two would’ve meant no wait to unload and move in.

Review: I booked a storage unit online and was reassured that the storage size I wanted was available. However, when I got to the facility, I was informed by the woman at the front desk that the size I wanted was overbooked already. She explained that the website was overbooking like crazy but she was committed to helping me find the perfect container to fix this online error.

Review: clean, well-priced, elevators good, and have roller dollies to move heavier items. Only thing I would recommend is to bring your own lock. The front office has them for 12 dollars.

Review: Check in was efficient. Facility was clean. Was required to purchase insurance or show proof of insurance which was not disclosed when I reserved the unit. The insurance does not cover theft! You are essentially paying to insire their building against hazards. Sonic booms! Really?! There are only two exterior doors and on move in day one was broken. Several people had to share the one door including a commercial moving company with a hige truck that was there for four hours! The office staff just shrugged their shoulders.

Review: The nicest storage facility I’ve ever seen. And Chelsea, the manager, made everything so easy - she’s the best, and so easy to work with. Getting in was easy, plenty of parking, no gate or long access drive. Just drive right up to the building, enter your code, and you’re in. Also in a pleasant, public area - no security concerns.
