- The store clerk was very rude. I did my reservation on line to speed up the store process, and I still had to do everything all over again. What was the purpose doing it on line? It did not save me time, and the store clerk needs to have a little more training in u-haul rental and customer service. Nevertheless I will never rent from this location again nor will I recommend anyone to this location.

- After doing some research on the website, I called in and spoke with a specialist named Rich. He was helpful, super courteous, and one of the best customer service experiences I've had. He was able to get me 50sf more than my previous estimate for $10 less, and matched the move-in special that I was given from the other company. It was a no-brainer; I reserved right then. At the facility there were some discrepancies from what I was told on and what was physically there. My 24hr unit was not at the office location but down the street and did have a secure gate afterall. The staff at the facility were friendly and accommodating. My unit was the last of its kind and from what I understand from the staff, had been auctioned and not completely cleared out. There were some items still in my unit, which I then became responsible for cleaning out if I wanted to rent it. I agreed to this as it's really not that big of a deal to me and there wasn't much in there, but just seemed to be an usual occurrence. Despite that oddity, all in all, 10 out of 10. *Edit* Ran into a small amount of trouble following the repair of the entrance gate at or 24 hour facility. We arrived in the late evening to find our code did not work at the gate. It was the first time we had even gotten to try it since the gate had been broken. It seems that either it became obsolete during the repair process, or was never truly programmed due to the malfunction itself. If course we couldn't have it even looked at until the following day. Had it not been for the quick, over-the-phone resolution given by the Sorrento Drive staff, might have lost a star on that one. Still thrilled with our experience so far!

- I needed to move in a hurry and found this storage unit on the top of the internet broswer. Called them and went to look at the unit and got a space. The staff was good, the facility was very clean. The outside starage units that had easy access cost more. So I got one on the inside. Its is climate controlled and costs less. It was easy to access the two elevators and go to my unit on the second floor. Complaints: The AC unit in the building didn't seem to be to cold around 75-80 degrees but felt much better that outside. found the main gate out unattended last night, and the stoage facility does not have 24 hour access. only 6am to 9pm hard to move these hours. over all so far okay. lots of fees to move in sign up fee, lock fee, deposit, insurance, taxes. make sure you are aware of these fees before you rent. Also I feel that even though they gave me half off the first month rent the unit seemed a little more expensive compared to other units. im around 150.00 month and I didn't even get the bigger unit. this classroom score this place a c plus or b minus for a grade. one week in the unit.

- i was surprised at the good condition my stuff was when i pulled it out. the only thing that was annoying was the position of the security gates at this Sorrento facility. when you pull in you have to get out of your car to access the3 gate.
