The staff makes renting to vacating easy and painless. They go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy. This facility is well maintained. The staff Milan and Shelton are very efficient and nice. They explained the details and goes through the agreement efficiently and quickly. The first time I rented a unit, Milann explained and showed the options available. The facility also try to control the entry hours which I think is a plus for security purposes. I only used the facility for three months and I have nothing but praise for Shelton and Milann. Shelton made the vacating process so easy. My unit was on an automatic payment and I neglected to take it out of the autopay. So, my card was automatically charged on the day I was supposed to vacate. Shelton, worked on it and told me that it may take a couple of days before it gets credited to the account. However, the same night (at 6:34 P.M.), he called me and said that the accounting will process it. He sent the paperwork quickly enough that the their accounting office was able to process it quickly and will most likely get posted earlier that he predicted. Please also note that he's shift ends at 6:00 P.M. and he called me after his shift just to let me know the status. Thank you very much Shelton. As for Milann, I called her a couple of weeks before my chaotic move and explained that I will not need a full month but maybe just a couple of days over the due date. She was so flexible and informed me that she will be able to pro-rate up to a certain number of days.

Very friendly and professional service. One thing is I rented a covered space for my RV and part of the street to get to the space limestone. There was very little limestone and the street had large holes that was holding water. Also the space itself did not have any limestone and dome parts of it was muddy and slippery. Truly need maintenance.

It was a very quick process to find the storage and reserve my unit. I even was able to get a great deal! They offer insurance if you do not already have your own and the pricing for that is quite reasonable! The clerk was very personable and knowledgeable and it was overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?An outdoor storage unit is one that has a direct access and usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within the building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
