Rented a “covered space” for our 5th wheel. Two months later the roof collapsed on our RV causing over $10,000 dollars in damage to the RV. They then denied any responsibility for the damage even though the structure clearly was not up to code. Then when my wife called because the Roof wasn’t lifted enough to get the RV out, the only help she got was “just let the air out of the tires”. This resulted in extra charges for the extra work that the movers had to do to get the RV out without further damaging it. If all that wasn’t bad enough, I have still been getting email invoices and text messages trying to bill me for a space that no longer exists, for an RV that has not been on their property for over Six months. Then o get a call and a voicemail today asking if I am the owner of an RV in their “overflow parking area. These people don’t even know what they have or who it belongs to! I would avoid this place like the plague!

Typical storage building. Gated with entry code so that there is 24 hour access. Do not know if there is on site employees since building was locked when we got there.

We did have trouble locating our unit. There are two separate gated storage areas and we didn’t see the one our unit is in because it’s behind a small group of other businesses. Eventually we got somebody to help us find where we were supposed to be. The unit had some dirt and La few leaves but we had brought a broom so it worked out fine. Thanks.
