Review: I found a special online that was pretty good, but ended up needing a larger unit and did not get to use it, however they found me a different one to use. Every employee I spoke with either over the phone or in person was excellent, professional, helpful, friendly. I have rented from your company about 2 decades ago and had a good experience then also. A couple of things I did not care for: 1st - I requested creating my own gate code instead of one being issued to me. This would have made it easy for me to remember, but this option was not made available. 2nd - I wish I had know you did not use the typical pad locks most storage units use (I already own one that cost about $25). Instead, this facility uses cylinder lock system that caused me to purchase one from them (about $25). That is $50 total out of my pocket and the unique lock you required me to purchase cannot be used after I end my stay, so that is frustrating and disappointing.

Review: I needed a space to store my things when moving. They didn't have anything at the moment but said they would call as soon as one came up. they called me three hours later and offered me a smaller one but I declined. One week later they called and had my space, I rented it and everything was easy and fast. The lady was very helpful showing the space and taking care of the paperwork. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a clean secure place for there things

Review: I reserved a unit via the internet and received a call the next morning to confirm my reservation. The staff member that called was very polite and answered any questions I had. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Chris and she did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and getting me in my unit in a timely manner. I will rent storage here again based on the location near 20, the indoor climate controlled unit options, and the amazing customer service I received from Chris.
