- The customer service from the associates there is great, they answered all my questions and addressed concerns with safety. I appreciated how they were more than happy to make the move of all my belongings comfortable. It is an older facility but it appears clean and secure.

- I booked online risk-free & within a few minutes someone called to verify storage size, pricing, availability, discount, and options. Gentlemen was very professional. When I arrived at the storage, Melic assisted me on completing the process. He was very professional, business oriented, and thorough explaining everything from demonstrating the units and simplifying my move by offering their boxes and lock options. He also discussed my options and which units offered discounts. What I really liked was that he did Not make me feel pressured but was making sure I was satisfied with my opinion. Provided his information in case I needed an future assistance or if I had future questions. I feel my items are secured. - Overall good experience. The truck wasn’t too big and bulky, lower loading platform which was really great & back up camera to help navigate. Becky was super helpful in explaining benefits and options! These are outdoor units so they aren’t super clean inside as dust settles in but that’s expected in outdoor rentals.

- Couldn't use truck next mrng to move things frm one storage to this one. And the moving truck was the reason i finally opted to use "life storage Duncan perry". But we were only allowed one evening (2hrs).

- As far as storage there all about the same. But Larry makes the difference. He is excellent. The friendly, helpfull, and a genuine person. It is not easy moving and he makes it the experience so much better. Your the best Larry.

- I came in with a lot of questions and expectations. This is the first time for us to use this service. Larry, who was the Manager in duty, was so helpful. He took his time to show me the unit and explain to me how it works. His way of talking to me was so kind that put my mind at peace. Larry is a great employee and a good salesman but must of all an awesome caring person that really listens to his customers.
