- The girl who helped us went out of her way to help. We got there about 5:45pm and she still went ahead and did the paperwork after we said we had load in Columbia on Saturday and could not come back then. We had called earlier in the day and the gentleman who we spoke with was helpful however didn’t tell us about the latest you could check in.

- Unit requested was unavailable because they couldn’t open it . Asked for the same price for a different unit and said no . Ended up being up charged . Key pad was also broken inside the “1” wouldn’t work . Stuck inside waiting for someone else to open the gate on the outside.

- Absolutely I would recommend this location especially. In fact, this location was recommended to us. This is our 2nd time renting a space. I also would like to say Shekina was a great help in us deciding what size unit we needed as we were unsure. She is an excellent employee and a great asset to your company. - I had a great experience with an outgoing and considerate representative named Cindy. She went out of her way to explain every facet of the storage facility and personally showed me units untill we found one that fit my needs. I am very confident that my belongings are at the best and safest possible place in Florence,SC. I would recommend Public Storage to any of my friends or loved ones. Incidentally, i was introduced to Public Storage bc my sister has a unit there and spoke highly of the facilty and staff. Thank you all for your great service.

- I love this storage place due to Mrs.Dianne whom is a manager helped me tremendously. She even assist me in upgrading to a bigger storage due to all my things wouldn't fit into the storage I previously had. - To begin with PUBLIC STORAGE was at the bottom of my list when my husband and I began to look for a storage place. We were looking for safe clean and secure place. We have over $5000.00 dollars worth in electronics alone not to mention water fountains that I collect some very expensive ones. not to mention our 4 smart t.v. dvr alone with our furniture so we needed some where good but also inexpensive. We went all day looking every storage in south Carolina nowhere it was either dirty,too expensive or not secure. finally on Cashua dr. OMG these women susan and freida they treated us like family the place emmaculently clean very secure and the prices unbelieveable. These ladies went above and beyond they made us feel like family its been months and I still call them and keep in contact and its funny I thought it was just us, but I had to wait one day at the office and they treated every person that came in the same. these people are amazing we met the district manager because he had to come open the lock because we left our key he came out of his way to help us and we didn't use their locks we purchased our own. he could of said no because the lock wasn't theirs but he came immediately and helped us. All of these people that work in public storage must go threw some type of special training because even when customers come in being nasty these ladies are still nice and curtous and treating people like family I would highly recommend public storage to everyone I would never use any one else my hat off to public storage great job

- My experience was hassle free, quick, and easy. Sue (the woman at public storage in Florence) took me to view the unit, explained the security systems, and handled my paperwork quick and effectively. The facility was well kept and easily access able. Plus the security measures give you peace of mind.
