- I like to thank Life Storage for hiring Commotrina Hunter Associate Store Manager she has impeccable customer service skills. I have been with Life storage for Two years was looking for a climax control unit bigger than the one I had. Commotrina was very helpful in helping me with my transfer. I immediately set up a direct payment to make sure you get your money on time.

- The original facility looks extremely nice and is very clean. The site manager was very nice and accommodating. I reserved a parking site at the Garners Ferry location, received a confirmation number and called the site as prescribed. When I arrived, the Manger told me that he did not have a parking site for my camper and asked if anyone called me to inform me of such. The Manager referred me to a different location that was totally different at the same agreed rental fee but that location is extremely old and I had to park on grass/weeds (not satisfied but I had no choice). I operated with the understanding of "confirmation" of the agreed rental site and price. I do understand that the Manager did his best to assist me (nice guy) but I am disappointed with the older location on Atlas Road. Please note that my rating is for the Atlas Road location parking only and not for the Garners Ferry Road location which would receive five stars.

- Customer service is great! Took a minute to locate the place, however once I was there everything moved quickly! Everything seems organized and clean and the man that helped me apply and pay was personable and seemed to take my safety and accessibility into account. This seemed to be one of the best deals in the area and I will definitely recommend to a friend!

- I reserved my storage unit online. They had the exact size I needed. Katherine helped me with my set up once I got there. the customer service was above and beyond. When my 2 yr old wanted my attention and began to cry, she gave him a highlighter and paper to draw on while he waited for me to finish my process. Super fast and friendly.Thanks!!!

- Staff at this location have always been kind, courteous and extremely helpful! Definitely beyond other storage units, where the usual response is to direct you to the website. I've never once asked a question or had a situation where individual attention and concern were lacking, and have been rewarded in always doing so! People working for Life Storage definitely the strongest asset to this location!

- I just wanted to thank Brandon for excellent customer service at Uncle Bob's. When I arrived, I felt relieved. My nightmare of trying to get moved was over. I wish I would have known about the trucks though.

- The storage place seems okay. My problems was the fact that I was told one price, but not informed that in addition to the price online and in person, an additional required monthly insurance fee wil also be added. I am now paying $9 above what was advertised and quoted at Uncle Bobs. The lady that provided my paper work did not tell me about the extra $9 until she had the paper work in front of me... I paid the extra $9 for the insurance (and will have to pay it every month) but I walked away feeling I had been taken.

- I am a student at USC Columbia from Louisville Kentucky and I needed to leave some larger items in Columbia over the summer for convenience and through Google search Uncle Bob's was the cheapest and closest thing to campus and when we go there it was really quick to get all signed up and since I was sharing it with a friend it was only $15 a month! The lady whom got us all signed up etc. was very friendly and knowledgable to her work process which made things run a lot easier! They don't provide locks for your unit, so make sure you bring a lock with you or have $12 to buy a good one in their office. The only thing I would have to say negatively is the location of the storage unit... but it is not in such a bad area that the chance of theft is any higher than any other areas. There's a gate to get into the units AND they sell cylinder locks which are supposed to be impossible to break without a chainsaw. Overall, I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

- Booked on-line. Storage folks sent confirmation and an email reminder regarding move it date. Thought pricing was resonable. Unit was clean and overall place was well mantained. Empoyee was knowledgable and friendly. Only negative is the amount of paperwork.....
