Review: I like the face I was able to book online (without a credit card) come in and confirm everything, make some last minute size changes (I didn't need as much space as I originally reserved) AND get a discount for the first three months of rental. It's a GREAT DEAL!

Review: I put in my request for a storage unit, online. I received a phone call to verify my request. When I arrived all paperwork was ready for me to verify and sign. Very quick and easy check-in. Rules and regulations were explained to me, and I left the office with a smile on my face. Off to unload the truck. Once inside, another huge smile on my face. the whole building was surprisingly clean. If I had brought me lunch, the floor was clean enough to eat off of. Overall, Your Storage Units of Aiken receives a 10 out of 10. If I need to rent a storage unit again, Your Storage Units of Aiken will be my first call.

Review: I went the day before to sign up and arrived 12 minutes prior to closing. They refused to provide me service. I came back the following day which was very inconvenient and was there start to finish for 14 minutes. So much for customer service.

Review: The entry code post can not be reached without leaving the vehicle except from a car. This means that it takes more than one person for any vehicle combination over 30' to enter the parking area. You must have a way to rectify this condition now, not next month or next week but now. I was also told that it was possible for the gate to close on a vehicle. If true, this is also unsat and would generate law suits for restitution. Since you don't own or run the storage facility I am using, you would be well advised to pass this on to those folks.

Review: I cannot rave enough about Jasmine’s customer service. She went above and beyond for me! The Sparefoot.com site made the renting process easier. I would definitely use Sparefoot again. The facility that I rented at is very clean, well lit and had great hours of access and seems very secure. I would recommend this facility without hesitation.
