Review: The customer service was epic which was very important for me. The storage unit wasn't clean but after talking to the manager about it, they cleaned the place before I moved in my stuffs. Overall a great storage unit and definitely recommend it.

Review: I was moving out from my dorm and had to store all of my things plus furniture I bought for my house and the staff were able to direct me to the best size to store all my things. The service was great since I was helped out right away and got all my paperwork done fast. Students actually have a special pricing which was great. I had forgotten to ask for my password for the online payment and called from out of the country and they were of great help.

Review: This is a completely indoor storage facility. Sounds great. But when u realize u have to load everything from your house twice (once onto the truck and another time onto the facility moving buggy, then get on an elevator before u unload in your unit) u realize it is not worth it!! The price is comparable to other places in the area. You use a card key to get in and out and onto your floor (in theory). Although it is only day 3 of our lease and already the key didn't work... Which means we will now have to load our stuff four times before it gets into our unit... Not too thrilled.

Review: Really nice store manager, shes there most of the week. Electric gates shut off at 9pm. Facility clean, well maintained. 7 day a week access.
