Review: I like the electronic locks, no more searching for keys, and sharing them with my husband. So convenient, and it seems to be really secure, I hope it’s not easy for criminals to break into it. We were robbed at a different facility in the past.

Review: BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Im about to loose everything ,RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND THEY DONT CARE . I WAS PUNISHED BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I COULDN'T AFFORD $73/MTH . WHICH STARTED AT $33/MTH.THEY TOOK ME OFF AUTO PAY THEN CHARGED ME FOR NOT HAVING AUTOPAY AND A LATE CHARGE. ME NOT KNOWING IT WASN'T ON AUTOPAY MY STORAGE DIDNT GET PAID FOR OCT,NOV, SO NOW I GET A BILL I FOUND IN MY EMAIL FOR $284.THEY CHARGING ME FOR NO AUTOPAY AND LATE FEES. What?!!!$146 OK I CAN SEE PAYING BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS THEIR FAULT. Oh I almost forgot the bugs and spiders in my unit made it impossible to use or get anything out . So I recommend not getting the end unit spiders were so outrageous. I've never seen so many in one place in my life. Completely regret renting from this company. I've put so much money into the unit and now im loosing everything. Its so unfair. This should be against the law. Ppl usually need storage when they are not doing well and this company will take advantage of you while you are down. And kick u while you're down. They should be ashamed to do this to ppl. My mom died last year and her quilt is in there. There is no real value to the things in my storage to anyone except to me. Im totally upset.
