I pay over 150.00 dollars a month. I do not drive and get dropped off there at times to sort or organize my unit. I have a disability and cannot walk to another business to use the restroom. The place has a new manager every time you turn around and the rent increases every 9 months. One of the last managers locked the restrooms and was let go from the business. No Pad Locks are back on the doors. I stopped there last Tuesday, and I unclogged both men's room toilets. I said something to the new manager. She cared less that I helped her out fixing the toilets. She said that she would just have to put on the pad locks. This is terrible to Loyal customers that pay their account on time every month and are long term renters, need to walk to another business in the plaza for the restroom. I pay enough and there should be access to the building hours not just when they want them open. This is in your job duties to maintain restrooms. You do not see other businesses locking their restroom doors. Because they do not want to clean them. Sorry, this just happens everywhere there are public restrooms. She the manager said they are coming in after hours and making a mess. I was there at 1:00pm so she just left them sitting dirty if it happened between 5 - 10 pm she still had not given it any attention before 1:00pm. She said she cleans them every morning. This statement is hard to believe looked like days of a mess. I pay my rent and should not be punished because others are behind in rent and surely the building is not secure if non renters have building code to get in. Please fix the issue so we have restroom access for the ones that follow the rules. The manager makes the decision to lock restrooms so she no longer must clean but it is her job duties? She knew that cleaning was part of her job. Public areas are bad everywhere, but they do not just put pad locks on the doors, so you no longer need to keewp them clean.

Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate controlled unit. Climate controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.


What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?An outdoor storage unit is one that has a direct access and usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within the building.


What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.


Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.


Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.


What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.


Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. How long can I rent a unit?
