I never had need for a storage unit before. I attempted to do everything online and when I got lost ... One simple phone call and the young lady walked me through everything and I was on my way to emptying my truck into an unit. I was slightly down about the trash strewn about and my unit having not been swept out. Then I realized the cost efficiency with Tri-Link and the readily available customer service trumped all the disrespectful activities of the other Patrons.

I think on the phone initially I don't remember the person telling me to send proof of property insurance. That should be emphasized in the follow up email. The woman who helped me with problems gate not opening did a great job.Did get an emergency code to get in. The storage area is adequate for some furniture and boxes. This is a secure facilty to store your belongings and in a good location.

This storage area is at a good location not far from a major highway. The main negative thing that occurred was the gate code would not work after several attempts. I called the on call woman and she was very helpful and she was able to get an emergency code which did work . Hooray !! Alot of time went by to finally get a working code and into the storage unit and have family and friends from out of town doing much of the moving.

I did it all online easy to do. Easy access into the facility. clean, easy to use. Easy for re-curring payment if you want. Good size for all the extra clutter around your house to store like a small garage a 10x10 is. Very good price overall compared to others. I have seen close to 130.00 or more for a 10x10.

This is my first storage unit experience and I’ve got nothing to complain about. Ease of use is nice, 24 hour convenience, and all the things you would expect a storage unit to have, even a light bulb to load in the dark. :)

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
