- Easy to set up renting a unit, and payment on-line. Depends on where you are, but for myself it's also very beneficial that the facility is only 5 minutes down the road from home.

- I arrived at a time when the Manager, Gina was taking care of multiple customers. She was friendly, courteous, and handled my checking in wonderfully. The unit is clean and easily accessible.

- I have had my unit here since April and have no complaints. The lot is always clean, my outside unit stays dry, even in the worst of the storms we had this year. At night the facility is well lit and secure. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a storage unit.

- The staff was professional, friendly and quick to respond, I had made a last minute decision to look for a storage unit as moving trucks were already at my home. Storage King in Streetsboro came to my rescue! Amy was very helpful and the process well organized.

- The clerk was very accommodating. I was able to see several units to decide what was the best fit for my move. I got the unit and was able to move in the same day. The facility was very clean and secure with tons of lighting if you needed to move in the evening you have until 10:00 pm. Very convenient.
