- The gate was broken the three days I was moving stuff in and you could only get in and out during office hours which was inconvenient. The elevator was super slow and I thought I would be trapped a couple of times.

- I had a great experience. The staff was kinda a helpful in assisting me with what size unit I would need to store my belongings. They had a unit available to move into that day. They offered things I might need to help assist with moving and storage. Everyone was really helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

- I was looking for storage and Public Storage had a variety of places however the location that I went to was the one that I liked because of the opportunity and location. The only issue I have is that I do have to get out of my car to enter the gate code but that was not a factor in my decision. I was very pleased when my first choice was not quite what I wanted but then I was shown to other units and I chose the last one that I saw. I did not mind that it was on the second floor, the access to the unit is easy. I like how clean it is. And to top it off, the people are very friendly.

- The woman at the location on 200 telegraph was rude and didn't care for my business or that I was even there. She told me they had no units available. So I called another location, the guys says 'well we do have two units available at the location you are at now.' I told him what happened with the woman inside, he informed me of a different location that had units available, and gave me a great deal on my first months rent. He was very helpful. When I got to the second location, the guy in the office was very helpful and friendly as well. Prices are very very high, especially because it is just a storage unit, but the customer service is awesome.

- I moved out of state and have been paying paying storage for over a year and have had delt with he two attendants and they have been very understanding and great communication on my bills and storage when we had the flood in December and was very reassuring thst my things were safe. And ive been very pleased with Public Storage! I even got a unit in Richmond due to the great service!!

- I recently relocated to Reno/Sparks, NV. I Needed a convenient and safe place to store personal items. I found it at PublicStorage. I called to reserve a unit. Spoke with a very helpful operator who told me which location had the unit size I needed. Their hours of operation at the location was very convenient. Well lit and secure. - Wonderful. Everyone I have worked with on staff is great. Polite and down to earth. Facility is easy to get in and out of. My only drawback is prices are up (significantly) from last year. They say Burning Man is chewing up so many spaces that the old supply/demand thing kicks in.

- I honestly knew when I had to store my household goods that Public Storage would be my best choice. They are reputable and I love the fact that they are a gated storage unit. I like the fact that the units are clean and new. I like the fact that you can access your unit when you want to and not have to call first. I like the staff, they are friendly and helpful. I recommend Public Storage to anyone and I think you will too!
