Review: Our initial experience was very positive. Our second experience, unfortunately, was not. The young man who was on duty went above and beyond to work with us. However, the woman who was on duty was caustic. Fortunately, she was not on Duty our first visit or we would not have returned.

As a first time customer, Ms. Chanti, explained about the facility, storage, security, and products that are available in the office if needed. Review: Awesome service! Just wish we had gone over what was being charged at time of move in. I figured it out after I left. Appreciated being put on 1st floor even though my reservation was for 3rd. As a new employee was being trained we got to participate in that as well!
