Review: I have rented from many storage facilities and this was by far the best place. From the customer service lady. I can’t remember her name. She was the sweetest lady and very helpful. I don’t understand negative comments when they are complaining about ‘after hours’ issues. That’s not the fault of the person that’s there. They have lives too. It’s not fair to expect service when that’s there time to themselves and family. You wouldn’t want someone at your door telling you they need your assistance when your at home. Have some compassion, they are people too!
